A chance to hear three young singers joining their colleagues in the Opera Studio this season: the Italian soprano Caterina Marchesini, who took leave of her home late this summer singing her first Amelias in Verdi's Un ballo in Maschera, the American soprano and graduate from the Juilliard School in New York Julia Stuart, and Maori bass Morgan-Andrew King, a graduate from the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia.
