David Friederich made music from an early age with his parents, who instilled a love of music in him.  He took up percussion with Georg Hromadka at Heidelberg's  Music & Singing School before studying with Prof. Franz Lang at the Music University in Trossingen. After time spent in Konstanz, Freiburg (SWR) and Essen he went under part-time contract (2016  2018) to the Frankfurt Opern und Museumsorchester. He joined the Philharmonie in Südwestfalen (Siegen) before returning to join the Frankfurt Opern und Museumsorchester in September 2023.  Another great passion, also born in his childhood, is step dancing, which he still performs today.
