Rafael Kufer started lessons with Heinrich Braun in 2016 at the HfMT in Munich before embarking upon his masters there in 2021, after passing his bachelor with flying colours. He gained experience from time spent with the Staatsoper in Stuttgart’s children’s chorus, the National Youth Orchestra and performing with the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, Württemberg’s Philharmonic in Reutlingen, the WDR Sinfonieorchester, SWR Symphonie Orchester Stuttgart and, regularly, the Stuttgart Staatsorchester. This young musician from Waiblingen was often successful at national competitions and in demand for solo work and chamber music. Rafael Kufer joined the Frankfurt Opern- und Museumsorchester in 2022.
