Moritz Noll started studying Musicology and German at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main in 2021 after spending two years as a director's assistant and colleague in the Staatstheater in Kassel's education programme, during which time he worked with directors Bernd Mottl, Sonja Trebes and Markus Dietz and was involved in the world premiere of the children's opera The Wind in the Willows. Since then he has worked closely with the chorus master, conductor and teacher Maria Radzikhovskiy, as an assistant and collaborating on the youth project "… and the rain poured down“. He was apprenticed to Oper Frankfurt's dramaturgy department during the 2022/23 season for new productions of Elektra and a Benjamin Britten The Prodigal Son | The Burning Fiery Furnace double bill. He continues working front of house and now gives introductory talks before performances too.
