Siegfried Zoller has been in charge of costume design at the Staatsoper in Stuttgart since 2003, where he designed costumes for many productions including Voyeur, Escamotage, Die Süße unserer traurigen Kindheit / The Nice things in our Sad Childhood, Die Grille / The Cricket, The Art of Deleting and Stravinsky’s Die Geschichte vom Soldaten / A Soldier’s Tale. He’s working at Oper Frankfurt for the first time on this new production of Aida, directed by Lydia Steier, with whom he has collaborated at Theater Heidelberg and Bühnen Bern. He studied costume design and art at the University for Creative Design in Hamburg.
