Manuel Pujol is working at Oper Frankfurt for the first time on this new production of Macbeth. Before taking up the post of Chorus Master of the State Opera Chorus in Stuttgart in early 2018/19 he worked as Chorus Master and Kapellmeister at opera houses in Dortmund and Görlitz, conducting productions including La bohème, Nabucco and Die Zauberflöte. Manuel Pujol received a scholarship from Germany's Dirigentenforum from 2010-2014 and won the 1st German Chorus Master Prize in 2014. During this time he also appeared in concert with the RIAS Chamber Chorus, and the NDR and MDR in Leipzig's radio choruses.
